THE FOUNDATION’S ADVOCACY WORK IS BASED ON THESE PRINCIPLES:

  • Healthcare systems and professionals should first do no harm AND respect the bodily autonomy of patients.

  • The mission of healthcare is to prevent disease and/or to restore health to the extent possible.

  • Patients have a fundamental right to be properly INFORMED™ regarding all tests, procedures or medical intervention of any type BEFORE proceeding.

  • It is up to us, as healthcare consumers, to organize, create and support a new and better healthcare system based on INFORMED™ principles.

These entities have been working to improve the health of people all over the world since 1996.

Founded in 2001, the Foundation has participated in or led several successful nationwide initiatives, which include:

  • In-school “Healthy Diet” workshops and cooking classes for children
  • Education and resources for Consumer Science (formerly called Home Economics) teachers who want to promote whole food nutrition to students
  • National conferences focused on children’s health for parents, teachers and community leaders
  • Providing testimony and authoring/presenting position papers for the USDA Dietary Guidelines Advisory Committee every five years for the past several decades
  • Support for Healthy Eating Parents Groups throughout the U.S.
  • Providing free healthcare consulting and other services to means-tested economically disadvantaged people.

By far, the most aggressive national initiative undertaken by the Foundation was the Make Americans Free Again Project. In response to the illegal lockdowns, school and business closures, deadly hospital practices, vaccine mandates, and attacks on health professionals who spoke out about these things:

  • We recruited a team of talented lawyers and formed a “Virtual Law Firm” to sue government agencies and others who issued mandates.
  • We raised hundreds of thousands of dollars to support these lawyers.
  • We formed almost 150 “Tribes” comprised of like-minded people to provide support during these extraordinary and trying times. Thanks to these local Tribes:

Hundreds of inexperienced parents choosing homeschool for the first time were matched with experienced homeschool parents to increase chances for success.

Hundreds of health professionals facing termination due to vaccine mandates were able to find other jobs.

COVID patients who wanted to avoid hospitalization were able to find doctors willing to risk their licenses to prescribe medications off-label for treatment.

Hundreds of small businesses were saved through our “small business rescue” program that mobilized members to “buy local” in droves.

“Secret lists” were assembled – coffee shops, hairdressers and barbers, dentists, grocery stores, restaurants etc. – that accommodated unmasked customers. Tribe members avoided some of the most ridiculous mandates during that crazy time.

Tribe leaders collected thousands of dollars weekly at meetings through donation jars, and organized fundraisers to support our legal efforts.

Perhaps most important: members of Tribes found a new social network and new friends of like mind after many had been excommunicated by friends and family. Enduring friendships were formed, which is important for humans who are social creatures by nature.

Several dozen of these Tribes, now referred to as INFORMED™ Chapters, continue to meet today.

  • They meet because members genuinely like each other and look forward to congregating.
  • They continue to provide financial support for COVID-related litigation.
  • They schedule educational programs and outings.
  • They read books together.
  • They screen important documentaries and discuss.
  • They help community members who need assistance.

And they meet because…

…they know that while the COVID debacle is technically over, the infrastructure that permitted it is still in place which means it can happen again

…they understand that while there are many good healthcare professionals, the system itself inflicts harm daily due to incompetence, financial stress, and failure to follow INFORMED™ Consent laws.

…they want justice for people who continue to be harmed.

…they want an end to medical mandates.

…they want a better healthcare system to replace the one that is collapsing now.

…and they know that for any of these things to happen it is up to them/us
